MONDAY EVENING IN-PERSON: Welcoming Water Ceremony

Join us for our UU Welcoming Waters service, traditionally the first service of the program year in September. Celebrate the beginning of the church year by bringing a small sample of water from a memorable experience this past summer whether it be watering the garden, swimming in a lake, or simply taking a cool shower after exercising. It all counts! Share where your water is from and why it is meaningful as it is intermingled and welcomed into fellowship with all the others.

Our adult and teen group programming will focus on “Welcome”, the theme for September, and what it means to become a love centered welcome to others. How do we like to be welcomed? Do our actions always live up to our intentions? Should we modify our perspective so such a welcome comes easily?
